The 2019 National Mass Innovation and Entrepreneurship Week was held from June 13-19. The themed exhibition in Beijing, with the theme "Gathering Double Innovation Vitality, Surging Development Power," took place at the Zhongguancun National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone Exhibition Center. The exhibition focused on serving entrepreneurs and featured seven areas: Innovation Leadership, Innovation Elements, Innovation Sources, Double Innovation Ecosystem, Coordinated Innovation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Open Integration, and Technology for the People, showcasing new technologies and products from innovative companies.
Beijing Novel Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. showcased their "Variable Angle Dual-Head SPECT," "Animal PET/SPECT/CT," and "Brain PET/MR Detector" at this year's themed exhibition. Among these, the "Animal PET/SPECT/CT" product won two prestigious awards: the "2018 First Major Technical Equipment Demonstration Project" and the "2019 Zhongguancun New Technology and New Product" awards during the Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation Week.
The exhibited products are all independently developed by Novel Medical. This detector technology is expected to be used in clinical diagnostics in the future, with superior PET spatial resolution and sensitivity performance compared to existing clinical PET/MR systems. It will provide better images and data for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
